Hello alll, As you may or may not know I am pretty new to this board and loving everything I am reading so far. Anywho I got a call from a CA today and just based on the knowledge I have gained from this site they ended up trying to get off the phone with me haha! I have never felt a rush like having the upper hand in that conversation gave me. I am so anxious to start writing my letters but I know being so new I must follow the advice of so many and take each step carefully to not waste time and money on mistakes. Today I took my first step and typed out letters to all three CRAs requesting old addresses to be removed and updating a bad spelling of my name listed as an alias on EQ. Once that is updated I will be ready for my next step which is the validation process with all my CAs. Thank you all,
Sounds like you're getting off on the right foot. In the future, it's not a good idea to talk to CAs on the phone. They twist your words and say you agreed to pay. Hard to prove a phone conversation. Ask them to communicate only in writing because it is inconvenient for you to take calls.

I tried calling and after the second CRA told me to send a copy of DL and a utility bill to such and such address I decided to listen to them and do just that.
