Got a letter in the mail yesterday from First National Bank of Omaha (with Cardholder services in Gerogia, go figure). Anyway, it seems that Sterling Bank & Trust has finally made good on their word and sold off it's credit card operations! Of course it's just a coincedence that I paid my account to a zero balance and was thinking of closing it in a few months... FNBO takes over in the coming months according to the letter. No word if/how the terms will change.
