Beaker, I don't believe Lbrown was referring to your comment, he just accidently posted it along with the comment he was making reference to, which went something like: "well, if you just pay your bills on time you wouln't have a problem..." And Lbrown was merely asking about why someone should pay a bill they do not really owe.
