SOL for Credit Card debt in Ohio??? I have been trying to verify the SOL for credit card (revolving) debt for Ohio and cannot find a definitive answer. I have an old credit card debt (last payment was in 1992) and I want to make sure I understand the SOL stone-cold before I send a certified letter to the CA. From what I can determine, the original creditor is bankrupt. Please Help!!! Re: SOL for Credit Card debt in Ohio??? That looks right to me.....I pulled up Texas where I live and it said 4 which is correct. I guess they take better care of businesses in Ohio than they do down here.
