SOL for Credit Card debt in Ohio???

I have been trying to verify the SOL for credit card (revolving) debt for Ohio and cannot find a definitive answer.

I have an old credit card debt (last payment was in 1992) and I want to make sure I understand the SOL stone-cold before I send a certified letter to the CA. From what I can determine, the original creditor is bankrupt. Please Help!!!

The following link says 15 years for Ohio:

Another link says 6 years for Ohio:

Another link has a blank on open-ended accounts for Ohio:

This link says 15 years for written contracts in Ohio:

That looks right to me.....I pulled up Texas where I live and it said 4 which is correct. I guess they take better care of businesses in Ohio than they do down here.

It's 15 yrs in Ohio, and I believe that credit cards are not considered open-ended accounts. Go look up the Ohio satutes at http://www.lawdog.com
