Ok, I got the Soft Paws in the mail today. It took me about 10 minutes to put them on my kitty, Azrael. He's had them on for about 3 hours, I don't even think he notices. I'm happy to report that I am VERY pleased with the Soft Paws. They are so easy to use, I bet my 4 year old son could have put them on! But then again, Azrael is a very happy go lucky cat. He looks a little different with blue nails though :) I almost got the clear ones, but I figured the blue would match his collar...so he is looking very stylish and color-coodinated.

Cariba- thanks for the info on the Soft Paws. They really are a great alternative to declawing.

Dr.Schulthies said the coverings for the cat claws can and DO cause
infections. He said that he has had to amputate paws because of using
the claw coverings. I don't care what is said on the computer if I ever
need to stop a cat from ruining my furniture I will have it declawed.

    Velouria,

GREAT!! I never had a problem with my babies ever getting infections or anything with Softpaws. I was just about to post to see if you had gotten them and how they were working for you.

It is a viable alternative to major, expensive surgery. Glad I was able to pass the info. along.
