Can anyone post a link of the law that states the applicable law for the statute of limitations on collecting on a bad check in the state of Texas? I would appreciate it mucho!
Also, The SOL for criminal charges is 2 years from date of check. how would this work should it end up on your credit report? would the DOL be the day you wrote the check? or would it keep going forever? just curious.
