What is the SOL on collection or lawsuit for a car loan in the state of Massachusetts or New Hampshire. What would this account be called ?? Have not paid these people since 1998and in this same period they repossessed the car and have not paid or seen it since. Another issue is that they have sent to collection recently and have informed them that car was not a repo. Of course I have no receipt being issue'd when they took it so its my word against theres Its very odd I agree but they dont issue receipts when a car is repossessed. What does one do in a situation like this ?? The original creditor has also reaged my credit report as if last payment made was in 2002 and now its says 2003 so they can keep it on there forever. Its been so long that I dont even have any paper work on this note or record of when last payment was made in 1988. any thoughts out there
