I have been searching for hours and can't seem to find any answers. I am looking for the SOL for a Cell Phone Contract I signed 8 Years ago. From what I have gathered it seems that cell phone contarcts are under the UCC act and is 4 years. I have tried to research it and have no luck finding this. Can somebody please find or tell me their opinion on this? Thank you in advance for all your help.
