I know I saw a posting on here from someone who lives in the state of Arizona. Does anyone have any idea what the SOL for our grand state is? If not, anyone have a link to where this information can be found? Also, I have only lived in Arizona for 2 years. If my accounts in dispute were from Ohio where I previously lived, do I go by SOL for Ohio or AZ, or how the heck does that work????? Thanks in advance. You guys are the best!
The SOL can vary according to the type of debt and from state to state. You need to learn if, for example, credit card debt in Arizona is viewed as an oral or written agreement.
Thanks guys. I'm going to search that link as soon as I get back from the bank. These aren't credit card debts, I have one very old BK (12/98) and three medical collection accounts. These are the accts. pertaining to the SOL question. Any furher comments? I love this site!
