I am trying to figure out if all Capital One credit card accounts fall under the Virginia SOL of 3 years. I am getting ready to file a motion to open a judgment and wanted to see if I could add that as one of my reasons along with improper service, and wrong jurisdiction. The account was opened in 2000 with a date of first del. June 2001. Does anyone know if I should follow the SOL for Virginia or for Florida where the account was opened. Thank you for your input.
