Sorry if this info is posted elsewhere, I couldnt find it if its there. I was hoping someone might be able to answer this for me. What is the SOL on collecting credit card debt in the state of Washington? I have researched and found the charts, and it is either 3 or 6 years. But I cant find anywhere whether Washington State law considers credit card debt to be an Oral Contract or a Written Contract. Thanks in advance for any help I may recieve.
Credit card contracts are usually considered written contracts because you fill out an application either electronic or paper. So SOL in the state of WA for cc debt is 6 years.
