SOL question - delete me - I found it Since most public utilities are tariffed, our courts call them written contracts. Did you say that you already found an answer? If so, what was it?
Re: SOL question - delete me - I found it I'll do a little research to see if any case law exists. I've only seen the SOL on a utility account challenged once, and the judge ruled it to be a written contract.
