My state's SOL is 6 years. Does that clock start ticking upon the date of deliquency or the date the account was opened? Thanks toall who take the time to read/respond.
The Date of Last Activity on the account is when the clock starts ticking, that is the date the account first goes delinquent, and is never brought current again
