If CRA'S are supposed to automatically remove negative information off your report after 7 yrs, why they hell are they still reporting items on my report that are lamost 12 yrs old? 1 is a paid tax lien, the other 2 are unpaid judgments from april of 1995?

    Thanks

Wait a minute....now I'm confused. I thought ANY negative information besides un paid tax liens and bankruptcy could be reported for no longer than 7 years....what is this crap about OR UNTIL THE SOL FOR THE STATE YOU RESIDE RUNS OUT....I thought they could collect a judgement up until the state SOL but it could only be reported by the CRA for 7 years....
