   I am still not sure about some of this please can anyone help me
   
   ch7 bk info(case # etc..) stays on report for 10 yrs right?
   
   derog info stays on for 7 years from dola right?
   
   then when a TL has included in bk does the derog info come off in 7 years but the TL stays or is it all deleted??

   BK - 10 yrs., TL 7 years
   
   After 7 the TL is deleted, technically, for about 3 yrs you will have a BK with no corresponding TL's (depending on the DOLA for your accts). But, that would be for people who don't know about Cnet!
