A lot of people have emailed me asking for sample letters on some of my diputes.. I have emailed some of you back.... Im not ignoring the rest of you but I have been getting so many emails lately and I have been super busy with work... Here is some help for people trying to clean up their credit.. 1) for your letters simply say "I have no knowledge of this account" if it comes back verified send it again after a few months.. 2) Judgements are typically one of the easiest items to have removed.. Most courts do not have time to respond to the CRA or they have sent your file away to the basement and can not find it... 3) If you have a current unpaid collection or charge off try Bill Bauers CreditWrench... 4) a 30 day late doesnt really hurt you. so unless it was last month dont worry about it... Finally My Social Commentary: People complain, bitch, and are constantly fed up with the CRA's. You must remember if you have something on your report that is not yours 99.9% of the time it will be removed. If you have stuff reporting incorrectly you may have a problem with your creditor.. and finally for those of us that have screwed up, and are now trying to right our wrongs, its the same ineffecient, jerky CRAs that allow us to delete real credit accounts that are derogatory. Its ironic that while we complain at how terrible they are, we are delighted when it affects us in a positive way.. You have no right to be upset with Experian if they verify your Capitol One account is charged off and unpaid if it really is... While all CRAs violate the FCRA almost everyday Remember the people who work there are just like me and you, they have families, credit, and lives. So take a deep breath. Remember what got you in trouble in the first place. Most credit reports are only a reflection of this. While I disagree with CRAs and FICO, and even many portions of the FCRA we have to live with it at this point so make the most of it.. and hopefully because of this board and the wonderfull knowledgable people here you may find your credit freedom... and at the worst become informed.
