A couple of years ago I successfully disputed and cleaned up some negative trades on my credit reports. Unfortunately, right about the time I got everything together I lost my job and it all went to hell again. I narrowly avoided bankruptcy and now have about 5 paid chargeoffs and some neg lines. My question is this... seeing that these were previously disputed, would it still be possible to dispute them now as "not mine"? If not, what would be the best way to do this?
