some ???

    i would really appreciate it if you all could answer a few ??

    1. i had a bk (dishcarged 4/98) so after 7 years the items on the cr that say included should fall off and the ony thing to remain is the actual listing of a bk correct??

    2. should paid accounts like previous car loans and credit cards say closed or is paid account/no balance ok??

    3. we have a collection for at&t it should have been included in our bk but i got a copy of our papers today and its not listed. it says dola as 10/97 on CR can the CA still try to collect after 7 years?? we never received anything from the CA to begin with. we have thought all this time it was included in bk. wouldnt it still be included if we did a chapter7??

    4. i ordered all 3 reports and only one states when teh items will fall off the reports why is that?? shouldnt they all do that?

    5. i have some items listed as charge offs which should be marked as included in bk they should actually be falling off in 2004 should i just leave them or try to get them changed ??

    I can answer two of your questions.

    Yes.

    No, they all have their own formats. But they all are supposed to use the DOLA or date of first delinquency (in cases of charge offs) to calculate how long an account is to be reported.
