I haven't posted in a very long time as I've taken some very good advice that I received here from Hedwig, lB and others about rolling up my sleeves and doing a lot of reading. Well for the last 3 months or so thats all I've done not only on this board but many others. I've learned a lot and just wanted to contribute a little something so thought this would be of interest. Go to www.baltimoresun.com and open the business section for the article on "collections and the effect on health". I have never gone into detail on this board with my circumstances but I felt compelled to email the sun and give them a little more insight. I think this lets us know that we are starting to be heard and its time for reform and accountability by the collection industry! What's your opinion?
Hi Hedwig & Jam Just jumped on to clarify that I didn't cause the article to be written nor was it about me. I emailed the writer after reading it and gave them my story. Just wanted to let them know how the JDB's, CA's & CRA's work. I think you'll be seeing a follow up real soon and I'll keep you posted. Again, many thanks to this board for a lot of good info.
Thanks Ice, The fact is I've never really left. I've just been reading and reading and reading....Theres a lot of good info on this site and I wanted to read as much as possible to avoid asking questions that have already been answered.
