something really strange

    I sent a dispute ceritified mail to trans union and the receipt came back unsigned can they do that???

    TAKE IT TO THE POST OFFICE WITH YOUR RECEIPT AND THEY WILL REQUEST A "DUPLICATE"...

    If it comes back again unsigned...they will probably give your money back (AND TELL TRANSUNION THEY MUST FOLLOW THE RULES)!!!

    Is TU wholly at fault, shouldn't the postal clerk have required the signature before giving them the letter?
