I apologize for posting twice in a row. I have been to this site for 2 weeks and have just spent a half day off from work here to try to figure out steps I can take. I am so overwhelmed by the terms and the many many posts on top of my deterioting by day credit. I am so awaiting the day I can read my own signature on the "testimonials" but I fear that my one weak moment of giving into the stupid Emergency Debt relief agency has screwed me. Please tell me there is hope! p.s. I don't even know my credit scores. I don't want to request as I know that lowers my score and I guess I am still in denial?!? The truth will hurt.
thank you I learned something new already! I will post my terrible scores once I receive them, where can I get free reports. I am finding a lot of sites that will give you free reports as long as you sign up for some gimmick. I already fell for that with Emergency Debt Relief and don't want to make that mistake again. I am motivated to get out of this mess but A: need some pushing in the right direction My big mistake is missed payments bc that is what EDR does for you(for a fee!!!) What forms/letters can I right to the companies once the debt is settled? THank you in advance for any help. Erin
