Hi guys/girls, I have been reading info on here for the past few weeks but I still get confused. My questions are these............ 1. I called MBNA to find out the last time they show a payment from me and they said 3/2001, is that the date the SOL begins? I dont recall making any payments to the CA. 2.IS the SOL for Ohio 4 or 6 yrs??? Thanks!!!!! I have more questions but will wait for these answeres.
1. The clock would start to run the day after a payment was due and not made. If you made a payment sometime in Mar-2001 then sometime in Apr-2001 is when the SOL clock starts ticking 2. The SOL for Open Accounts in Ohio appears to be 6 years
