Just FYI they are having major problems with their website.They get a hold on your CC for ticket price but then are unable to finish transaction.The end result is cobalt card& FCNB are refusing to release these false holds for ten business days.SWest told me over 5000 people were affected and some people had their card charged 50 times.I'm at least going to get a free ticket out of this,you can take that to the bank.The irony of the whole thing is I called them on the phone and got quoted the same fare as the web fare.I usually fly united but their fare happened to be double this time.
