Aw shucks, thanks. I know what it's like to be terrified and on the receiving end of a lawsuit and/or nasty collection letter, so I'm just happy to help others assert their rights against some of less "consumer-friendly" debt collectors.

I agree with Apex and Joshua. You guys give some good advice. While I can help with some of the things, I've never been to court on any of these issues, and have rarely been to court at all. So I think it's great to have some insight from someone who seems to know their way around the courtroom and the legal proceedings.
