I am now waiting on them to send me a letter about anything. Reason is: 1. 1/30/02- received report 2. 2/25/02- sent out disputes 3. 3/19/02- received letter that they have forwarded my disputes to the right department 4. 5/1/02- no letter in the mail from ChexSystems about disputes 5. 5/2/02- sent out Validation Letter 2 giving them 15 days to complete investigation 6. ???? What is the next step? BTW: Had a 5 year old defaulted (paid off) student loan deleted from Experian which yielded 4 points. I think it was a combination of Doc's paid creditor letter and dispute at the same time.
