Has Eloan gotten their "hard inquiry" thing fixed? I'd like to get my score, but I don't want a hard inquiry...DEFINATELY not on Equifax on TU. I haven't had an inquiry on Experian since I left Michigan 2 years ago, so it can afford it. Also, if it's not fixed, has anyone been successful in having the inquiry changed into a soft one?
I can't get them to respond!! I've sent a complaint through planetfeedback and a direct email demanding some action. I've gotten no replies. I'm going to try calling them today. If none of that works, I'm going to send complaints to all of their privacy partners and anyone else affiliated with them. pat
