I paid my bill on 5/23/02, and it has yet to post to my FCNB account even though I did a web payment through my bank (which happened to post on the SAME day it was paid). What's the deal?
Not yet, I'm going to today. And then I'm going to pay it off, and cancel it. Do you think its going to hurt me to only have it from October until June?
First of all, the lady was a bitch, and she said that she needs a copy of the check, front and back, in order to credit the account. I can't fax her a bank statement that clearly shows a FCNB payment. I'm definately closing the account when I figure out what happened!
What a bunch of idiots! I'm so angry right now, I don't even want to tell you what happened until I'm calm....
I am dealing with FCNB now, they are a bunch of anal retentive';..;'' individulas and are rude and obnoxious. good look they aim not to please.
I have had 3 large payments posted by them as "pending authorizations" which tapped out my credit line. Lucky I did not get charged overlimit fees!
