    I wonder if they'll stop charging the deposits, or if they'll just comply and tell why.

    Oh, I can imagine that they'll still keep charging the deposits, and send out an AA letter. :)

    Or else they'll do the really prickish compliance without complying, and charge everyone the deposit, and since the new policy isn't based on a credit report, they don't have to tell you why (which would really p'o 99% of their customer base... ;))
