Does anyone have a contact name and number for Sprint PCS? Like a consumer advocate or someone at the executive office? I've given up on the customer service drones.
Have you tried to PFB them? I did because I ordered a new phone ($149) in November - they sent me a different one that I despised. After numerous attempts on their website and the local Sprint retail stores, I gave up and PFB'ed them. I am now receiving an even better phone than I wanted originally and I get to keep this crappy one and they are letting me split minutes between the phones (at no charge - no family plan).
I PFB'ed them almost 3 weeks ago. I sent another copy 2 days ago. I haven't gotten a response. How long did it take for them to respond to your letter?
I PFB'ed them over the weekend, they called me yesterday. The lady I spoke with at first seemed to be a real witch (with a B) but she changed in mid-conversation and decided to work with me.
I have that info. but I am at work. I can give you a name, phone#, fax# and address. I'll check at lunch or later tonight. I'll email it to you. Or email me and I will reply. BTW they did not help me remove a paid collection.
