Well, here I am again, and this time I'm wondering what the hell is up with the Accounts portion of Sprint's website. I haven't been able to access it for DAYS. And they charge you to listen to your account on the phone, but the website is free...... I mean, anyone else having problems?
I feel your pain, Erica. I constantly have the same problem with their website. It's aggravating, because it seems that they're always down for "maintenance." Whatever. Their web techs don't usually have any good answers either.
I had Sprint for a couple years. I found that the website did not work for a day or two before and after the end of my billing period. I think they somehow take your account away form the web site to work on it. I am not computer literate, but this is what I found. It was usually at the end of the billing cycle. Occasionally, it work not work other times. In general, there web site is low quality. Could use some work.
