I recently sent out debt validation letters to Stage and Bealls. I have very bad tradelines with stage, but they're paid. I owe bealls 70.00. I recieved a copy of my original application with my signature on it from bealls. Stage however didn't send anything back. I went ahead and sent the estoppel to bealls and im waiting for a response. My question is, since these are original creditors can I still send letters telling them I want verification and do they fall under the regulation of listing it disputed on the report? I am in the process of sending stage a 2nd letter. Thanks in advance..
