I have talked about the school loan, that was sent to a CA, well the CA didn't have the loan anymore they sent it back to the school, the weird thing is that they had it for 1 year and I never recieved anything from them and they aren't even on my CRA's, that's good though. When I called the Ca and they said that they had sent it back, they said that they could except a full payment for the debt of 2,388.00!!! First, of all you don't own the debt! Second, I have a legal right to make payments. So I talked to the school today, they said that paymets would be 200.00 a month. I told him that I am willing and wanting to pay this debt, but he needs to understand a few things 1. I am a single mother of 2 who does not recieve any child support, their father is 10,000.00 behind! 2. I have a legal right to make payments that are resonable and affordable. So the payment dropped to 75.00 a month!!!!!!! I sent off my payment, with a letter quoting everything in the conversation. I feel so good right now, I am getting somewhere!!
