    I was wondering if it is possible to buy your debts from a collection agency as if you were another collection company. Is this possible? Has anyone tried this to erase some of their bad debt?

    What if you got your attorney to buy the debts from the CAs?

    Debts are sold in bulk as "bad paper." You can't just buy your own debt, lbrown59. Did "Mipmip" give you this advice? Goodness lands.

    That's what I told them Doc. Apparently they just want to prove that the old adage which says you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink is true. (LOL)
