Starting with TU...no more $0 CL's

I disputed one account that is showing a $0 credit line (is actually 6K with a 2K balance) and figure this will start my paper trail to federal court. I considered going after Cap One, but since I have a really good relationship with them currently, I thought I'd put the responsibility on the cra's to only report "complete" and accurate information. Obviously if the account is open and active, there cannot be a $0 CL, so by logic alone, the tradeline would not be complete or accurate.

TU is my lowest score and I'm pretty much positive that is because I have about 9 out of 16 active tradelines reporting as a $0 CL. The $0 has to have an affect where an N/A may be ignored by FICO. Otherwise, it does not make sense that TU is lower than the other two CRA's by 40-70 points.

I also emailed Fair Isaacs to see if reporting a $0 CL would have a negative affect. They said they respond in two days, but nothing since this past Friday. May have to try again.

Anyway...if anyone has any documentation about this issue, please pass it on. My reports have been clean for six months and my scores would be great if they would just report the CL.
