I'm currently in a a big mess with Great Seneca/Wolpoff/Howard Schiff. I have them on numerous violations. I sent off my Val. letter to Schiff yesterday. I've filed complaits with the FTC, and have called my state AG's office of consumer protection as well, who is offering to assist me in this matter with Schiff. Should I take them up on this offer?

Also, It was hell to get any contact info for Great Seneca Financial Corp. They aren't even listed! When I called and asked what kind of company they are they hung up on me. I also find it odd that they are located in the SAME city and zip code as Wolpoff & Abramson. Rockville MD. Anyone have any thoughts on this and any info on Great Seneca?

I find it strange that the only info I can locate on Great Seneca is all the court cases they've filed. They're obviously a CA.

They don't have the same address as Wolpoff & Abramson. There are a lot of businesses in Rockville, and 20850 is the main zip code there.

I only found Great Seneca Financial in Gaithersburg, not Rockville.

likewise. If I look for them all I can find is court cases..nothing else. When you get through to them if you ask who they are and what they do you'll get hung up on.

Is it wise for my state's AG consumer protection division to be helping me with this issue?

I don't think it could hurt.

If the State AG wants to participate...cooperate fully. Something else is going on here besides your case.
