I just pulled my EX report and noticed the state government I live in entered a $500 civil claim judgement on my credit report. No letters or phone calls or nothing. I assume it's for back taxes owed. Aren't they supposed to issue a summons or something to get you to court? Maybe send something via CRRR? What are my rights here, anyone know? Thanks in advance for your help!
