I just called to the customer service and they transfer me to the other department. I believe it is credit department. He asked me that what is the purpose of the credit increase. I told him I may make a big purchases for the furniture. He asked me how much I wanted to increase. I told him that I need $7000-$8000. He told me that he need to review your account and have to called me back. He asked me that was I at home. I told him that yes. He called me that I was approved for $8000. He seems nice and he told me that I have too many accounts in my credit report. I need to close some of them. Too much available is not good for credit scoring. By the way, I just checked on my Experian report and they didn't pull any credit report. I think they just do the account review. Ron.

Give them a call to request limit increase after six months and they will need to review your account. They will call you back about 5 to 10 mins without hard inquiry. I don't like to increase your limit with hard inquiry and you ended up a lot of inquiry without applying any new credit lines.I don't have anything to buy with big credit line and I just gave him a fake reason for limit increase. That made my credit reports looks good. By the way, you don't have to use it heavily every month and just pay them on time. Ron.

By the way, I didn't put too much on the card and the bonus didn't do me any good because I don't have insurance and another account with them other than credit card account. I wouldn't try to increase the limit if nobody has done this before. I'm still waiting for Target Visa limit increase and they haven't done anything except lowering APR. I found out they pulled a soft inquiry on my Experian report last week. Thanks for your reply. Ron.

They keep increase my limit of my Edvance Card and Fusion Card and they cannot give me a brand new Platinum Card or lower my APR. Ron.
