Got my bill with 3.90% BALANCE TRANSFER...it's @ 11.65%!!! SO I CLOSED IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR THE FINAL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS PROMISED 3.90%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I PAY OFF A 9.99% RATE WITH STATE FARM @ 11.65????????????????
George, They tried to play me with that one,processed the BT transaction,& sent the bill(11.65%). I turned right around & BT'd the amt to Citibank 0%(no fee)until paid. Sister Girl

George, I did a BT to my Discover card(online) from Amex & it posted in 2 days(that amazed me);it was all completed online. Sister Girl
