    I did a BT...NEVER happened.

So I called, they said it NEVER went through.

I did a second BT (about 2 weeks later), now both of the $4,500 payments shows up on the receiving account.

Do I now have a credit limit of $10,000 owing $9,000...or are they going to "BOUNCE" payment #2 even though it was their fault?

I called the automated line it says amount owed $0.00 available balance $5,000...

I'm not sure about the "OVER NIGHT" shift @ 02:25 EASTERN TIME

Hey, I've been hearing about the State Farm 3.9% BT offer so I called CS to request it. However, I was told that the BT offer was only good through "invitation" and that my card was not eligible for this special offer. The best that they offered was 11,99% (same as purchase APR).
I have Platinum card and opened account last month.
Any suggestions on how to go about getting the BT offer?? Is there another Tel # that I should try??

    Thanks....

JUST PLAY DUMB..."When I applied, it had a 3.90% BT for 6 months"

Call until you get someone that will do it!!!

    If not...SOCK DRAWER IT!!!

...or use it for ONE tank of gas per month...(NOTHING ELSE).

I told them I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BOUNCE CHECK FEE OR PENALITY RATE TO THE RECEIVING CREDIT CARD COMPANY...

I said the MOST logical thing to do is JUST raise the LIMIT TO $10,000!!!!!!!

    IT'S YOUR FAULT, NOT MINE!!!!!!!
