I took advantage of the 3.9% B/T offer over the phone, only to find out that they did not give me the the rate I was promised, instead of 3.9% I get 11.65%, after a futile call today, they said that they will look in to it as they have no record of "such an offer ever being made", I told them I was given the b/t offer for 6 months, & that I never would have accepted an offer @ 11.65%. They are supossed to get back to me Monday, but the supervisor said he could promise nothing. I am really disgusted w/them & will never use this account again. Any input appreciated. Thanks.
