State Farm Still A Joke

    Called to ask where my CREDIT BALANCE REFUND WAS...they mailed it...like JUNE 6+/- (LIE)

    Now they have to wait 10+ days for a STOP PAYMENT and mail another check...

    TWO MONTHS FOR A CREDIT BALANCE REFUND...CLUELESS WONDERS!!!

    They were a pain in the ass to work with for a while, but they eventually made it right for me and gave me a hefty CL increase to boot.

    I still like them for the moment.
