Does anyone have the number for State Farm? I applied in March - was denied for too short employment. today i check my credit report - Experian. There is a new trade line. I'm thinking Umbrella is finally reporting my card. Nope - It's State Farm - a Visa card I don't have a Visa card. The only inquiry is the one from March????? It states date opened 06/2002 0 balance - never late I don't know the full account number either - but the numbers that show definitely don't match any of my cards. I did not ask for reconsideration or correspond in any way Well, except to dispute the inquiry (They verified)
Thanks George I called. An account was opened for me and my card was sent on June 6, 2002. I think I figured out what happened. I disputed the inquiries with doc's trick. When my dispute results came back, Experian sent my reports to the companies that had reviewed my credit report within the last 6 months. Since State Farm verified the inquiry, they got the report and reconsidered. lol
