Locate the registered agent's address. And if there's one in your country, use that one. Your court should have a small claims advisor to answer certain questions about service. Call them and make sure that they'll take your Statement of Claim with the registered address you have. In your Statement of Claim--and you're right, there's not much space to actually state your claim--your statement looks sufficient. Make sure, however, that you bring copies of that particular portion of the statutes with you. You'll need to provide a copy for the judge/referee as well as the defendant.
