Back in May I started looking for a mortgage and discovered that my FICO's were in the low to mid 500's. Thanks almost entirely to advice from this board they're now between 601 and 617. So far, I've gotten my one collection account removed from all three reports and my one charge off removed from two of the three (and I have hope it will be gone from the third in the next few weeks). I've gone down from 14 tradelines reporting negative information on at least one of my reports to 9... and my Equifax report now only has 5 negative TL's. I've gone from a grand total of 172 30 day lates, 31 60's, and 6 90's down to 83 30 day lates, 13 60's, and 2 90's... that's a total of 111 late payments removed Clearly I have more work in front of me, but I'm so excited about the progress I've made... and the fact that I'm officially in the 600 club now I just wanted to let someone know how excited I was and tell all of you thanks for the great advice I've been given Brett
Don't it feel good? What a rush when you see a top positive factor rather than "see negative factors"
