I see lots of implications that a credit card debt is subject to a 3 year statute of limitation in Washington state. However, the only legal detail I can find is RCW 4.16.080 which talks about "verbal agreements" Written contracts are 6 years. Despite these two items, however, I consistantly see references to "open accounts" being 3 year SOL. How do I find proof that this is the case?

    Thanks,

CC's are considered "open accounts" since the balance can change month to month
