What is the installment loan SOL within the State of Massachusetts. Does that clock stop ticking if you move out of the state on the 4th year. Can't believe that it would stop the clock from ticking other wise it would run for a lifetime until you moved back into the state. One last question: Are courts firm on this SOL law, and what I am getting at here is if the term has expired can the court force you to pay anyway. Thanks
