I cancelled Junum last July after they successfully had 4 positive accounts deleted. Today I get a letter from Credit Data Southwests lawyer(experian) that my recent dispute from Jan.18th would be concluded by Feb.17. He wanted to know why I was disputing 3 accts. that weren't on there and 1 in good standing. I called him and told him I wasn't. He read the letter to me and told me the return address was from Santa Ana. Junum. Damn it . I called Junum and of course they denied it. I will really be ticked if any of those that were deleted now reappear. I will sue the pants off them if they do that. And my suggestion to you guys is to NOT use Junum.

Remember I wrote last summer on how Junum got me in hot water with the Postal Inspectors.

I cancelled without much fanfare from Junum. So be on alert if you were a past customer of Junum.

This company has really fallen on hard times. If you use a debit or checking account as a method of payment- check to be sure that they did not make any WD without permission.

    Best regards,
    Mirage

It almost sounds like a ploy to get back former customers. I imagine some people won't know what to do, and Junum will probably be happy to make the corrections...for a fee of course. Maybe I'm just being paranoid again...but then again, maybe not.

LKH, I'm sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. I read your previous posts where you had finally gotten all your negs. deleted. This thing with Junum sux. I'd file suit if I were you. Good luck!

In my case, if something reappears, they won't be able to fix it. Secondly, they aren't even admitting they screwed up. The good thing is 2 were deleted because of my lawsuit and 1 by the creditor. The one by the creditor is the one I am concerned about. If they did send out a verification to the creditor(even though it isn't on my report) someone else may report back that the account info is correct and then it will reappear. Then Junum has a problem.

Let's use some logic. If they aren't on there how in the H&^l can they be disputed? there's nothing to dispute. Is there a signature on the form???

Clearly, the guy knows it's junum. If push comes to shove definitely say you didn't send them in. Have them fax you a copy. if there's no sig it's not binding. If there is it won't be yours.

If you have no contract with Junum then they're impersonating you fraudulently... I believe that'd be a pretty good offense.

Again though... the cras won't add accounts that aren't on there why would they dispute them?

do you think Junum is retaliating? or just completely incompetent?

Good question. 1 acct. that was deleted previously, and isn't showing on my report, is showing as being disputed on the front page of my report that they atty sent me.

The atty. is sending me a copy of the dispute letter and he said they signed it as if they were me. Signed my name to it.

I did tell him i didn't send the dispute. His response was since it's almost impossible to stop a dispute in progress, he'll just wait for the results and then advise me.

I don't know what their problem is but they won't even admit they sent it.
