I have had a sterling bank secured mastercard for about 4 months, how long do they wait before unsecuring the card? I know it is probably a year or more b4 I reach that status, I just want to know....Any experiences on this bank will be helpful.
RE: Sterling Bank Secured/Poli I've only seen Sterling offer 2 credit cards, the silver card and the gold card Visa, they are both secured, I have not seen them offer an unsecured credit card, at least not on their website, you can however increase your credit limit by making larger deposits to your savings account, especially with the Gold card, they report your activity to all 3 bureaus, they are not reported to the bureaus as "secured" so that is a good benefit when building good credit.
