Hi Everyone: I have another question. I have a friend that has a Sterling Bank and Trust Visa. She has had it for (3) years and no credit line increase. No lates ever. She wants a higher limit than her deposit amount. Does Sterling have a retention department number? Thank you........
Sally, Tell your friend to close the account and try Orchard bank (www.orchardbank.com) or Capital One. Theses two companies can offer better terms and most likely no deposit. Stay away from Cross Country, First Premier (Future Card), and Sterling (she should just pay that card off with the deposit). Best of luck to her. Sean
