Junum is touting Sterling bank for a secured credit card. Has anyone had any experience with them? I don't need a secured credit card but will take one if it can be converted to an unsecured one like my Capital 1 account. Cap 1 started out at $500 a few years ago and is now $3000. The interest rate is still terrible.
have you tried to reduce your interest rate at cap 1? If your card is unsecured status, folks here have posted luck with getting it dropped into the mid-teens.
